If you are viewing this page, then you have booked a shoot with Grant Beecher Photo and Cherry Dame. First, thank you very much for booking, and I assure you that your experience will be fun and yield only the highest quality images. If it is your first time at a professional photo shoot, you may feel quite nervous in the weeks leading up to shoot day. Please remember that, while we are working with strict time constraints and we must work toward making the most of our shoot, it is supposed to be a fun and rewarding experience. So relax and have fun with it!
Here is a checklist to make your shoot experience as flawless and efficient as possible. It will help us to produce the best possible images. Please read it very carefully and follow the directions fully.
***THE CHECK LIST***
(this will help to insure that you get a good quality shoot)
1. Please arrive 15 minutes before your shoot.
2. Wear a shirt that is either button down or a wide neck to pull off without messing up your makeup. Plus, tight fitted clothing leave marks on the skin.
3. If your hair doesn’t hold curl well, add gel or mouse to it damp. Come with rollers or curls in your hair.

4. Please arrive with clean skin, moisturizer only.
5. If you have a preferred makeup, feel free to bring it. Bring your own mascara.
6. If you have an idea for how you want your hair and makeup, please bring photos.
7. Practice your Faces & Poses (Pinup is all about your facial expressions and poses).
8. Make sure to bring your outfits. Have a decision made on what you are wearing. It will go smoother. Better to bring too much than not enough. For outfit and wardrobe advice, ask Cherry and myself (our contact info is below).
9. Bring a friend to help you change – they must be helpful and non distracting as well as not get in the way. No males, please. If you have questions about this, please contact me, but there are no exceptions other than myself and very occasionally a male assistant.
10. Deposits are non-refundable unless I cancel on YOU. Your entire balance is due at least one week before shoot day, payable via Paypal or mailed check. Bottom line, if I don’t have your payment by the deadline, your spot and deposit are forfeit. I keep records of payments, and I will remind you well in advance so that you won’t forget.
11. BRING IT… Remember our goal is for you to leave happy with some great pictures, but we can’t do it without your hard work.. so drop the shyness..lose your inhibitions and lets make you look as hot as you truly are. Remember…you are allotted an hour for initial hair and makeup…anytime you can save gives you more time to shoot! SO COME WITH CURLED HAIR.
WARNING!! If you do not come with curlers in your hair you will be charged an additional $40 CASH payable to Cherry Dame! This not only slows us down, but will put us behind schedule and run your time into other gals!

Remember, this is a 2hr shoot, which includes hair and makeup. Here is how it will break down:
EXAMPLE ONLY:
Example!! 2:15-2:30pm – Arrive 15min before your shoot- This will give you time to see the sets and figure out what outfit you want to wear with what sets and get the ball rolling
2:30-3:30pm – About 1 hr of hair and makeup before we start shooting
3:30-4:30pm – Shoot – You get 1hr of actual shooting time. In which, you can change your hair and makeup as much as you like. However, keep in mind it will eat up your shoot time.
4:30-4:45pm – Start packing up your stuff
4:45-5:00pm – Hug Grant & Cherry and tell the us how Amazing & Sweet we are.
